Spring Cafe @ Prima Tanjung

1.This is basically chinese new village food served in comfortable surround at double the price.You know the quality of most new village food? is terribly bland to hopelessly bad.Is food that people want to eat with minimum flavouring so as to retain the healthy factor of the ingredients.In my opinion is only meant for people who are recovering from illness.

2.since when Kuay Teow soup got long beans inside?Anyway it is severely undercooked like malay ulam.Plus the Ikan pari is not suitable for this dish.It's too dry and serves no purpose except to make the dish look better.

3.However, the noodles are exceptionally silky.a notch better than most penang kuay teow.It is the silky but heavy and thicker kind not the silky and melt in the mouth type.Only consolation is and the prawns are fresh and succulent but now I no wan go Kuala Kurau already

4.Spaghetti sauce is direct from can.In fact I can still taste the metal.This can only happen if one has opened the can and not used all of its contents for a day and then used it when the next scapegoat customer orders a spaghetti dish
