I noticed something outside the outlet today.They had actually read my post and put up a menu in english in front of the shop during lunch.It was not to be seen at dinner time though.

don't bother coming here unless u can read kanji/japanese script.The entire menu is in kanji.There is no translated menu.It's either because
1. locals are not welcome
or
2. they are promoting kanji in penang
