1. Horrible Grills.End product looks like a broiled and bloated object of unappetizing proportions
2. Mediocre sauces.The uninspired type that comes straight from a mix made for pro chef use.
3. Terrible at chicken dishes cos using minimal marination
4. Awful drinks
5. Looks and sounds like Bella Italia but is definitely NOT
6. Vegetables are limp and overboiled
7. Soups taste like they came out of commercial preparation.
8. Don't lean back too hard cos the nice creamy wooden chairs could easily break.
9..Cash counter is way in front facing the sea,as such you have the problem of staff guarding the shopping corridor against non paying customers
10. Food standard leans more towards Secret Recipe franchise.Presentation a notch lower than Mizi Bistro.
